Publications

Articles: Unpublished works of theoretical, empirical or applied nature on legal concepts where their relevance and operability in society have been substatiated, which contribute to disseminate outcomes derived from the dialogue between law and its true nature in everyday life. The articles will have an extension of 5000 to 1200 words including bibliography.

Legislative or Jurisprudential Criticism: Works that address a detailed analysis of legislative precepts or jurisprudential references in search of answers that contribute to improvements in legal field. Reviews should have an extension of 3000 to 5500 words.

Book reviews: It must contain a concrete analysis and reflection of the work and provides its essential contributions. The review of the books must contribute to legal culture and formation. Furtheremore, it shall include significant national or international findings and lietrature sources. Reviews will be between 1800 and 2500 words long.
