Desafios Jurídicos is a biannual publication of the Faculty of Law and Criminology of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. Contributes to the debate of ideas about law and the interaction of legal issues combined with other disciplines, encourages dialogue, analysis and reflection on contemporary social processes from a perspective that includes a critical vision, both academic and scientific, in order to increase the knowledge. Prioritizes the publication of articles resulting from research, written by national and foreign authors. Promotes links within the social research community. It is aimed at social researchers and, in general, professionals interested in the social areas of knowledge.
