Abstract

The scope of the Effective Jurisdictional Guardianship and its impact on the parameters established by the procedural norms that govern civil trials in the State of Nuevo León are analyzed, under the guidelines established in the constitutional scrutiny carried out by the Third Collegiate Court on Matters Court of the Fourth Circuit, who considered that established in article 418 of the Code of Civil Procedures of the State of Nuevo León constitutes an obstacle to access to justice.
