In this edition, we explore a series of investigations that analyze the most complex facets of our legal reality. The journey begins with an examination of the principle of prompt justice, a key element in ensuring that judicial protection is not merely an aspiration, but a tangible reality. Next, the article “Disappearance and Silence” confronts us with the stark vulnerability of Indigenous women to human trafficking, an urgent call to break the institutional invisibility surrounding these issues.
Theoretical reflection also plays a central role through an analysis of judicial decisions, examined through the lens of legal positivism and the principles of justice essential to the rule of law. This issue also delves into topics of great sociological significance, such as the political participation of the LGBTTTIQ+ community in local contexts and a critical analysis of the evasion of child support obligations within the framework of no-fault divorce.
