Legal reasoning, consent, stability, reviewAbstract
This edition explores articles that address topics such as conscientious objection, new technologies in access to information, the excessive use of technology and its impact on legal reasoning, the challenge of consent in people with intellectual disabilities, and the implications of exorbitant clauses on legal stability and the investment climate in Mexico. These topics are presented in the Articles section. The Criticism, Review, and Film and Law sections are fundamental to the journal because of their nature of reflection on relevant and current legal issues. Each section presents articles with a critical analysis of the topics addressed, created to provoke an exercise in learning and reflection, keeping in mind the relevance of debate in an area such as ours.
