Artificial intelligence and technology in general have acquired the attention of the world, said technology is transcendental for the law because, as will be appreciated throughout this investigation, it must be regulated due to the social impact that it is proving to have on the lives of citizens. For this reason, understanding the way in which the law is currently related from a regulatory point of view, is what justifies investigating this topic and expressing these results.
We will study the gaps in the law, the ambiguity and vagueness of the laws in the field of the digital age, in the same way, we will address the types of legal interpretation and its resolution starting from the philosophy of law.
The contribution of this research lies in making society aware of the need to create an effective regulation for the use of technology and artificial intelligence in Mexico, it will also show the identified obstacles for which it has not been possible to legislate on this matter, in the same way, will put into debate the ethical and philosophical principles from which the search for this new legislation will be based.
